VP, Customer Engagement
Katie leads ERPA’s Workday AMS practice and oversees all aspects of Workday Delivery and Customer Engagement. She has been in the Workday ecosystem since 2015, where she found herself on the client-side of a Workday implementation for a global Fortune 500 organization. She quickly found a passion for Workday and transitioned to Workday consulting shortly thereafter. As a Director of Consulting Services, Katie proceeded to spend 5+ years dedicated to expanding the Workday post-production practice at Collaborative Solutions, A Cognizant Company. Having worked on 100+ post-production engagements across industries, ranging from healthcare and higher education to state & local government, retail, and professional services, Katie has a proven track record specializing in both Workday Phase X and traditional AMS models. Even as a practice leader, she continues to maintain her certifications in Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, and is a Workday certified Delivery Assurance Reviewer. Katie graduated from The University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in English and completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Barry is an experienced leader bringing over 7 years of experience within the Workday ecosystem and over 14 years working with cloud based technologies. Barry leads ERPA’s Workday AMS and Phase X sales team. Prior to joining ERPA, Barry was Global Channel Director of Workday with Alight Solutions responsible for both professional services and software alliances. As Director of Business Development Enablement for Workday Barry was tasked with leading a team of five focused on best practice content development, process and tools improvement. As a Workday Business Development Manager Barry collaborated with the Workday subscription sales teams and leaders to assist in Workday’s accelerated growth. Barry has additional cloud experience with Taleo/Oracle and understands on premise implications from past experience with PeopleSoft, Workbrain, and Oracle. Barry has Bachelors degree in Marketing and currently resides in the Chicagoland area.
Julie is a Director in ERPA’s Workday HCM practice helping customers define and achieve their strategic objectives. Julie has more than 9 years of progressive experience leading diverse initiatives specializing in HR system implementations across multiple industries. She has led numerous engagements at both domestic and international organizations. Additionally, Julie has experience with organizational change management, program management, application support and strategic leadership.
Julie has spent most of her career as a certified Workday consultant, where her main areas of focus have been people, processes and technologies for HCM. Julie supports her customers by looking at problems from a big picture perspective that include business process redesign through system implementation.
Julie received her Bachelors of Science in Graphic Communications from Clemson University and currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
Jon is an experienced financial analyst, technology consultant, change management consultant, project manager and system administrator. Jon has successfully led the implementation of Workday Financials for numerous companies across a variety of industries. Prior to joining ERPA, Jon spent nine years at Deloitte Consulting, during which he oversaw multiple consulting engagement accounts and transitioned to project consulting roles within the Workday Financials practice. Jon later joined TIFEC, where he led the implementation of Workday Financials across multiple portfolio companies, including Kansas City’s Major League Soccer team, Sporting Kansas City. Jon also took on the role of interim-CFO during his time working with Sporting Kansas City. Jon later joined Advisor Group, where he helped implement Workday Financials across newly acquired companies. Jon attended the University of Kansas and received his MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Henry R. Bloch School of Management.
Director, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll
Alex Maidy comes to ERPA with over two decades of management and leadership experience across a variety of industries. He has worked in payroll implementation for fifteen years for some of the most influential payroll companies in the industry. Alex has worked with multiple partners in the Workday ecosystem as a principal consultant, architect, and manager. Prior to consulting, Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in Education and was certified to teach high school in Illinois. He resides in the Chicago suburbs.
Jacob Jones is our Senior Manager, Integrations, leading ERPA’s latest integration AMS offerings. He brings over 6 years of implementation experience across the full Workday platform. Jacob is passionate about Workday emerging products with extensive experience building Workday Extend and Workday Third-Party applications.
Peter is a Senior Manager, HCM in the Workday practice at ERPA, recognized for the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and communicate holistic solutions to both executive management and technical leadership. Trusted leader, regarded for a proactive attitude and the ability to provide insightful ideas, innovative solutions, and drive customer success. Specialties include: Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, Learning, Global Design. Workday Practice Lead in both Talent Optimization and Recruiting. Peter has led projects in HCM, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, and Learning and has consulted on HCM for 6 years delivering quality implementation and post-production support expertise across a variety of industries and global markets.
