Jeffrey Miller, Director of Marketing

Jeff’s 25-year career is marked by leadership, communication and results. Jeff was previously Director of Brand Marketing and Communications at OneSource Virtual (OSV), a Workday partner. Prior to OSV, Jeff worked for more than 15 years in the nonprofit sector while also publishing a dozen books and dozens of articles.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Western Kentucky University, his master’s degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and his doctorate in leadership from Duke University.

Jeff enjoys working directly with present and future customers, with deep experience in capturing and amplifying the voice of the customer. He has chaired corporate customer advisory boards and consulted companies striving to form them.

Jeff welcomes the challenge of converting complex ideas into accessible language, and cherishes moments of enlightenment in himself and others. Jeff enjoys being outdoors, collecting fossils and old books, cooking semi-delicious meals, and traveling to new places. He and his family live in Dallas, Texas.
