Matt is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of results in the healthcare, distribution, technology, and banking industries. Skilled in relationship management, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-functional team leadership, financial forecasting and modeling, business case development, shared services, outsourcing and technology deployments. He brings a people-oriented, customer focused approach to fostering teamwork and continuous improvement, leading ERPA’s Finance and Human Resources departments. Matt received his BA from Miami University and his MBA from Capital University.
