Matthew McPeek, ERPA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of results in the healthcare, distribution, technology, and banking industries.
Matthew is skilled in relationship management, deal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-functional team leadership, financial forecasting and modeling, business case development, shared services, outsourcing and technology deployments.
Matthew brings a people-oriented, customer focused approach to fostering teamwork and continuous improvement, leading ERPA’s Finance and Human Resources departments.
Matthew received his BA from Miami University and his MBA from Capital University.
