Driving Efficiency Into Selective Adoption

PeopleSoft release 9.2 introduced a major change in the way that the system is kept up to date and extended with new functionality. The promise was greatly reduced effort and much more timely updates. Many organizations have not seen the benefits they expected. Mostly, this is driven from a view that PUM updates are mini upgrades, and the Selective Adoption message and process is not coming through.
