Art Rustin has joined ERPA as Senior Vice President of Sales, bringing over 30 years of experience in HCM and Financials technology, including 12 years in the Workday ecosystem. He most recently served as National Sales Director for Cognizant’s Government team, where he led a 302% sales increase and secured 39 new customers. Art also launched Alight Solutions’ Workday Government practice and previously held leadership roles at OSV and ADP. His addition supports ERPA’s focus on expanding net new business and SLED markets following recent growth in higher education and partnership with Workday in the government sector.
