Learn about how ERPA managed the transition and upgrade of our client’s Human Capital Management system to keep up with current functionality and gain much-needed product support for tax updates, patches, and bundles. The client was running Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 (HR, PY and T&L) before the upgrade, which had been out of extended support since December 2011. We efficiently and successfully implemented updates to their system to support Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2.
